Some of the older teams are in leagues other than HNE

The Hockey Northeast had a great week in the first My Hockey Rankings of the 2012-2013 season with eight teams from member organizations in the top 25. The highest rank being the 98 Neponset Valley River Rats split season team at #7 in the country for the 98 Tier 1 level.

The Neponset Valley River Rats and the Connecticut Wolfpack each had three teams each in the 98, U16 and U18 levels all in the top 15 in the country.

Also the RI Saints had two teams in the top 25 with teams in the 02 and 03 levels.
